New Smugmug - Galleries are not displaying

When I navigate to a folder with multiple galleries (previously a category), there is nothing to see. The galleries are not displaying. If I go directly to a missing gallery (via a search or direct link), it is there and exists.

Any solution for this on my end or is this a bug that needs addressing by smugmug? For years, I have sent links to clients that link to a folder containing all of their galleries - thus this will be problematic if a resolution is a long time coming since clients will simply think that their galleries & images are now gone.

I haven't had any issues with this. I'm wondering if there is something specific with the customization of your folders. Have you tried sending an email to the help desk? Have you changed any of the settings on the Folder pages? I do know that one time, I accidentally changed all of my folders to only show the same 5 specific galleries because I changed a setting called "Select From" and changed it to Galleries I Choose, and chose 5 galleries. I thought I was changing the setting only for the folder that I was in, but it changed the setting in all of my folders. I realized that I had to make that folder a custom folder, and then I could change the setting for only that one folder, and my others went back to displaying correctly. I wonder if you changed a setting or modified the page in a similar way?

Hi Sarah, All of the folders (Categories/sub-categories) functioned fine on the legacy site. I haven't changed anything related to the hierarchy. I did contact help last week and received a reply that stated the help staff were currently overwhelmed. I thought that perhaps this was a wide-spread bug.

That is so strange - do the galleries show up when you are logged in? I think the issue is on the customization of this page: http://www.galluzzoimages.com/Visuals/Highlight

When you are on that page, go up to the Customize button and click Customize site. Then, see if there is a content block for galleries on that page. There should be, and your galleries should show up. If it's not there, add one, and make sure that the Select From setting is set to "current location". Hopefully, we can get to the bottom of the issue!

Oh, and I should say that when you modify that page, do it for all Folders, don't make it a custom folder because you were having this issue with all your folders, right? I'm thinking that your Folder pages are simply missing the Galleries content block...
