Free download help please

Hey there,
We used to be able to share a gallery with either a client or family members and when they hovered over the image a tab would pop up with a folder icon at the bottom, allowing for free downloads...
for the life of me I can't find this option anymore with the new updated site. I found the download key for ME, when I am logged in as my site owner, but when I log out, and go to the gallery as if I were my mom/dad , that option is no longer available....
um help? Please?
I'm probably missing clicking something somewhere...I hope.

I think the issue is that you have to have the size set to Original in the Gallery Settings, Security & Privacy. If it's set for anything else the little download icon goes away. At least I think that's the case.
