Watermarks on Downloaded Photos

Overall, I like the new Smugmug. Takes a little searching to figure out how to do the things I need; I do like the look of my new page: WeRunHuntsville.smugmug.com .
I am having a hard time getting a watermark to appear on downloaded images. I offer free downloads with watermark or prints without. I found how to do a printmark, but it is not appearing on the downloaded file. Plus I don't want a printmark on the prints. How do I do both? Right now I have a 1 day delay on orders, so I can manually make changes. It would be nice to not have to do this.
