Folder preview pictures

Ok, I searched but couldn't find an answer to this yet.

Is it possible to set the folders to use the aspect ratio of the the picture that it chooses to feature? Or is it possible to select manually the picture that a folder displays?

I have many folders that have chosen a picture that was shot in portrait mode. As a result, I have folders with preview pictures of peoples chests.

I must be missing something here.

    I can add a couple of thoughts:

    - You can select the featured photo for the folder in the Organizer. Select the folder then click the settings button at the top. Selection is in the Basic tab.
