Bug: Galleries reappear after moving then adding a new gallery

If i move a bunch of galleries to another folder under the Organization. At first they are gone, but then after i add a new gallery to the original folder the old galleries reappear when the page refreshes. Eventually they seem to disappear, sometimes in another refresh, sometimes an hour later, sometimes a day later.
