Change photo (from design) on Home Page

I have migrated over to the new SmugMug and am just playing around. I selected the "Spartan" design to play with and Published it. How do I change the photo of the snowboarder to one of my own pictures. I know how to Feature a picture in a gallery but I just can't seem to figure out where I can feature the px on my Home Page. I'm sure there is a very simple answer and I'm going to feel really stupid. I think I'm going to have a huge learning curve before I will be ready to unveil.

I believe if you go to Customize, then Entire Site. Select the Theme Tab and then mouse over the Active Theme selection you'll see the little wrench icon. Select that and then the Background tab. On that page you should be able to select an image.
