Lost Folders

I seem to have lost my folders everywhere, categories and sub-cats. Going into customize
I don't see where I can add/drag a folder box from. The title of this folder was Galleries.
I've been working on my Birds sub-cats and got them going.
Working backwards in time this is as far as I got.

This is where I ran into trouble. No folder box.

Well I got something back. But it's from dragging "folders, galleries and pages" instead of "galleries".
In need "galleries" but can't find it.
This what I'm using on the box and it's been working great but now I don't think the new ones I'm
adding is the same box.
