Whats the first thing asked for when seeking help with a smugmug problem?
Give us a link to your website so we can see what the problem is.

No way can I unveil with all the glitches I have in my best efforts with the new smugmug.
How can anyone help if they can't look over your settings or see what the problem is?

Kind of a dilemma.

Cheers,

Big +1. Happens all the time on the help desk too. If you have a problem post a link to your site or gallery so we can help you better :) .

Dennis: jing.com or skitch, or evernote.com and make a screenshot and show those that want to help you.

Also, SmugMug employees can see your New SmugMug in the sandbox mode even if it is not unveiled.

I just realized my first post in this thread was totally wrong, thought you were talking about something else.

It might be useful to have a link to one's published but unveiled site available which the site owner can give in a thread. That way anyone reading the problem thread can access the new site of the poster, just as you can at Smug HQ.
