Site Meta Title Does Not work - New Smugmug

I have put the following into the Site Meta Title:
Pedro Alicea - Metropolitan Washington DC Photographer
However, the only thing that comes at the top of the browser is PedroAlicea. If I am in a gallery, it says Events - PedroAlicea.

Is there a field to enter site meta title, or are you doing it on html?

You all might want to look at this other post and see that Smug Mug is also editing your Meta Description and inserting their own as a tag line in your description
