To emphasise the DOF I focus stacked the front third of this shot with four manually focused images, and left the OOF of the fourth shot as it was. Then in PShop I selected the back two-thirds and applied a radial blur (zoom) to accentuate the DOF from the front. The things I do!
Canon 5DM2 and 100mmL Canon macro (brilliant lens).
