Keyword Cloud problem

Hi I added a Keyword Cloud to my Search page and it looks great on both of my computers at home, but when I go to my search page on two different computers at work instead of seeing the keyword cloud all I see is a long list of keywords along the left side of the screen. Any ideas why the cloud is not showing up on my work computers? Are there any special requirements to display the cloud? Not much sense adding the cloud to my site if not all computers can see it.
