Two questions: Hide and Captions

I have two questions:

1. How do I hide or "unhide" photos in the collage-formatted galleries? (It takes multiple steps to do so using organize...and I can't tell by looking at the thumbnails in organize whether I have chose to hide a photo or not. All of this is easy in the Smugmug gallery format, but not the collage format. Unless I'm missing something obvious!)

2. I am really frustrated by the placement of captions in both the Smugmug gallery format and in the lightbox. The captions are so far below the photos that they are nearly useless (and, more often than not, they fall off of even my extremely large 30" screen). In addition, the captions don't show up at all in the slideshow. This must not be what Smugmug intended, so I presume I'm missing something. Please help!

Overall, I'm excited about new Smugmug. I hope these questions are easy to resolve!

In the collage format, click on the image to open it to the larger view, and then click on the wrench >> Organize >> Hide. Then, when you refresh, the photo will have an eye with a line through it indicating it's hidden. The organizer needs a better way of indicating hidden images and marking them hidden.

Yep, captions are almost always below the "fold" in the smugmug format. The collage view isn't great either because only the first few words appear at the bottom of the image when you hover. I don't mind the lightbox view as much because I can at least see there is a caption and hover over it to view the whole thing. And, I couldn't find a way to make captions appear in the slideshow format. I think there have been some other threads on captions -- I'll have to look more closely in the bug reporting/feature request forums to see if it's been reported yet. If not, it would be good to put it there or on feedback.smugmug.com.
