Can I customize a group

Can I customize a group of galleries (the SM galleries w/ pics in them) all at once?

    Do you mean the "Make this gallery custom" option in the customizer? I'd love to know. As far as I can tell, it's not possible. But, I would definitely love to be able to do that with folders, as I have a bunch of custom folders that are all the same (but different than my usual folders). So, I had to customize each one separately.

    As far as I can see for galleries it's change every one of them on your site or "make this gallery custom".
    I have not found the CSS to specify "all galleries in this folder" yet.

    I have to go through ~420 folders and make each one custom to add a HTML block above
    the thumbs. Each html block in every folder has the full html typed out.

    On the legacy site I created a div for each year in the header html and with CSS specified what folders
    each would go on. I could change the html there and it would apply to anywhere I added. Noe I have
    to edit every folder for any change, sucks

    That's exactly what I need to do with the galleries that actually have images in them.
