... are there any SM heros/ actual employees actually answering on the customization forum?
With no real documentation on any of the new features I'm running into issues that I cannot resolve on my own.
I post like I'm supposed to in the NEW SM forum, but I have not gotten real replies to any of my posts since the new SM went live... except from other hack users like me.

    I find the Heros to be very responsive and helpful. Especially so if you ask them a clear question so they know where to quickly find the answer -you could be surprised. I have used them many times over the past few years whenever I've had a problem and I've never been disappointed -not counting this past week! Hey, it only costs a nickel to ask!

    Yeah, send them a message through the help desk. I got fairly timely responses last week when I was setting up my new site.

    Oh, I've been here for since 2005... I know they are usually around... I'm referring to lately since the release.

    Most of the people who would regularly answer questions on here, have been tied up helping out with emails on the helpdesk.

    I'm sure people will respond, but perhaps not until the helpdesk load settles down a bit.

    Just knowing you took the time to respond to this post makes me feel much better.
    Yes it's been a while. You all taught me so much I have been pretty self sufficient in OLD SM... now you went and changed it all :D

    I now run 3 other sites beside mine. I converted 2 of them. The 3rd has more to it... then there's mine...:cry
    I think I'll be back around a lot.
