more variation in size, gallery style collage landscape

I'd like to see more variation in the size of the photos shown in the collage landscape style. At the beginning of the page it appears there is some variation but as I scroll down I often see multiple rows with the same size photos so it looks like a grid.

I think this depends on the order of the photos, which is not random (I don't think!). I'm seeing the 'grid' too, generally when a sequence of photos all have the same aspect ratio/orientation.

I think that's part of it but not all. Most of my galleries are landscape-oriented photos with the same aspect ration. There is some variation between the rows at the beginning of the gallery but as you look down the page there is less variation, including some rows that are a pure grid.

And things appear to have changed so there is even less variation. On my Kaleidoscope page I currently show 6 photos. Sometimes when I preview I see 4 smaller images in the top row and 2 larger images in the bottom row - but when I look at the page outside of my logged in view it almost always shows 2 rows of three in an almost grid. I really like collage landscape when it varies in layout; an almost grid is pretty boring.

hmmm.... it is random. I've hit f5 a few times on your page and got several different layouts!

Interesting Paul... I am always seeing 3 and 3 except sometimes when I am customizing and then I see 4 and 2. I think the 4 and 2 presentation is much more interesting than 3 - 3.
