Contact form not same as chosen theme

I originally had customized an offered theme on the new Smugmug with dark background. Now I've changed to a light theme, somewhat customized, but when I click the stock contact form, it is still in the dark style.
I'm not seeing anywhere I can access configuration of that particular component.
Also, I'm not crazy about the wording of "The Question". The reason for contact could be anything, not just to pose a question. Is there any way we can change this?
TIA
Anita

My comment, er, question is: I was able to upload a self image in my Contact page but now want to change it and I cannot find how I did it in the first place??
I came out of the closet and unveiled and I'm glad I did.
Thanks!

(hint) If you put your website link with your signature (in Dgrin Settings) then it will prevent you having to type it in each time -if folks want to see your site. (especially helpful if people want to respond to a question from you.)
Have fun!

Be that a CPO's cap? Or higher, perhaps.

Charles: I was sorta kinda hiding.
Not well, but just staying low-key for now. My old smugmug site was just a month old when the new, big change came, and I hadn't really finished setting it up. Now it's a big mess as I reorganize things, so I'd rather not step into any limelight yet.
