missing images

Just moved to new smugmug and now when I send a gallery link to a client, or when they click on an old link, all the images are replaced with question marks. I have tried the links on another computer and I have the same problem. They look fine when I'm logged in to the main account. I have sent questions to Smugmug but not had any joy yet.

Any help?
