Allow assistant to download (not delete) images

Arrrggghhh... one of the most useful aspects of SmugMug for me was the ability to allow folks with whom I work to use the assistant login to download my high res images while knowing they couldn't delete anything. Can't find a way in the current incarnation that they can download images. If the idea of the new SmugMug is to let us customize, I would much rather have the ability to customize things like assistant permissions.
