Customize Date Page

Anyone know if there's a way to configure the Date page to use 2013 as the default year in the drop down lists? My oldest photos are from 2004, and that's what displays by default. My users like to see the most recent, so they're now required to change 2004 to 2013 in both lists.

I believe the old smugmug find page used the current year and defaulted the days to be within the last month. It'd be nice if there was a way to configure this.
