The support team will probably need to know which web browser and browser version you are using?

You might find that if you paste the text into Notepad or Wordpad first, you can then go on to paste it into SmugMug, as a temporary fix at least...

I'd suggest using a pure text editor like notepad. Word Processors seem to add a bunch of crop code.

Copy/Paste didn't work for me either. I was, however, able to select and DRAG text into a SM text box. It's not nearly as convenient as pasting because you have to make the source and destination both visible on your screen at the same time -- so, hopefully there are plans to add support for Copy/Paste.

Like the original poster, I'm using a Mac (Snow Leopard+Safari), and the Apple equivalents (Cmd+C and Cmd+V) do not work for us with SmugMug text boxes.

I am using FF v23 and copy/paste or Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V does not work at all from Notepad into a SM text box. It works fine pasting into an HTML box however. Very strange.
