Custom colors for Journal style, only?

Some of my travelog galleries have long captions, and for those I choose the Journal style. The text would be much easier to read if it were black on a light background rather than the white text on dark background which I have chosen for my other galleries.

Is there any way to use CSS to change the background and (all) text color for Journal style galleries, only -- while keeping dark backgrounds for my other style galleries?
