Contact link is not working

The contact link at the bottom of my webpage is not working. I have had several people tell me they sent me messages, but I never received them. I tested it out myself this morning and also did not receive that message. Please advise!

    Are you talking about the email link at the very bottom of your page?

    I don't think it's a Smugmug issue and maybe it's from your email provider, because it's just a basic mailto: link and not a contact form anyway.

    No, its not the email link. On the bottom of the page there is a "contact" link. What appears is one of your pages. I have attached a screen shot of the contact screen

    Oh ok, I see.
    Strange, I tried on my website and it worked for me.

    Hope someone will help you out. Did it work before?

    I never realized that link was there until several customers told me they sent me messages that I never got, so not sure if it worked before.

    Is the email address set up properly in your account settings? It needs to be set up and you need to respond to the verification email before the contact link will work.

    Hi Denise,
    I checked and my email address is setup under account settings.

    I would try removing the email address then adding it back again to trigger the verification email that you need to activate the email address.

    If that doesn't work you might need to contact support - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new.
