Opinions sought - where to place CC Licence

So, where's the best place to put a small Creative Commons Licence logo and explanatory one-line statement? In the header? In the footer? Elsewhere?

Ideally I'd like to have it show in the same place on every page, so pointers as to how to do that would be appreciated.

Any thoughts?

One more possibility is on the breadcrumb bar in the "all folders" and "all gallery" bar. Not suggesting that's better, just an alternative, e.g. on the far left then it only appears on gallery/folder pages (or only gallery if you like).

Thanks for the interesting suggestion, I hadn't considered that. I'll look into it.

Ok, sorted now, panic over, got something that I'm happy with.

    Still open to suggestions though.
