That #3 shot is really good. One tiny suggestion: Maybe crop a little tighter at the bottom right corner to get rid of the shoreline. Then the frame would be only trees, mountains and sky -- very elegant!

I really like #2 and how the trees frame the sides; the bottom of the water leads you up to the majestic mountains in the background.
