download all not working for me

Never had a problem using the download all to get a zip file for a gallery. Tried it today, though, on a gallery of only seven photos, and ten minutes later it's still churning and no zip file. Clicked download all yet again, still nothing. Is this feature not working today? When can I expect it to be working again?

Yes, I checked my spam email box too. No zip file link. And on the SM site, this screen never goes away:

    Just curious - what's the point of this forum? I've been a SM customer for ten years. I used to get replies when I would report a feature is not working. I'm not asking a question here - I am telling you about a feature that is not working and is affecting my bottom line (inability for clients to view photos or deliver photos to clients). Has SM given up on customer support?

    It is completely unacceptable to me to have to report features that are not working EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to use SM!

    My post below got no responses. It took TEN emails to the support "heroes" to get an explanation that this was a bug. What's heroic about that? No one wants to hear, "Oh it's a bug". We want to hear, "Thanks for letting us know. We're getting it fixed right away and will let you know when it's fixed!"

    Two times in less than a week I've had to find a work around to get photos to clients. I used to be able to use SM for that. But both of those work arounds involved services other than SM. Zenfolio in one case, and good ol' email in another. This new design is so buggy that it should not be live. There are working professional photographers who depend on SM and right now, SM is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It's for amateur photographers at best. A working pro will find it pretty much useless when they can't use it for clients to view or get photos.

    When can we expect these problems to be fixed?

    Hi guys,

    I sincerely apologize for this. We had a temporary issue with this today, but all should be fixed now. Please let me know if you continue to have issues with this.

    I've been running into this issue all day today. Indeed, very annoying!
