Forms?! Help!

Looks like all the form builders out there use either PHP or Javascript. NOW WHAT??!

Is there no way to have embedded forms on a SmugMug site anymore? This is a pretty big problem...

Thanks Denise, I just saw that thread. That's good... though I would really LOVE Machforms! I guess you can't have everything, all the time, right?
