Different Watermark Issue

How do I remove custom watermarks left on my photos from my pro account during the legacy version?

I now have a new SmugMug power account that doesn't support custom watermarks.

If I go into a gallery, Select Customize > Gallery Settings. From Gallery Settings, click Security & Privacy, Watermark is turned off.

I assumed the watermarks would be automatically removed if you downgraded to a Power account; I guess that was a bad assumption.

You'll need to get someone from SmugMug to remove them.

Hi Paul,

Can you try to do this...In your Organizer, navigate to the gallery you wish to remove the watermarks from. Select all the photos, and then click on the "wrench" icon. You will see Watermarks in there. You need to then remove them with the watermark tool, just like in Legacy. The Watermark "On" option in the Gallery Settings is only for auto watermark on newly uploaded photos.

You may not see Watermark in the Organizer photo options, please let me know if you don't

Theoretically no, but it's worth a shot anyway before we go in and work in his site
