Contact Form Link

I had added "Contact SunGlo" with a link of "Contact Form" to the menu. It was working fine in the sandbox mode and online until it suddenly disappeared from the menu.

When I attempted to add it back, the name appeared in the menu but as soon as I changed the link to "Contact Form" my text disappeared from the menu. Currently I am unable to add it back.

As I said, it was working just fine and dandy until this bug just came winging in out of nowhere.

Is anyone else experiencing this same problem?

    How would one use HTML to create a simple contact page and provide their name, phone number and email address making the email address clickable which would open the standard SmugMug Contact Form?

    Any HTML-ers out there?

    MP we should have a WuFoo tool out soon, that would probably be easier.
