Can someone pleas tell me why my "about me" page did not migrate properly? I really need this page visible but I'm not quite sure how to do it. Thank you in advance, the link is provided below

I think I can see everything but at the very bottom is a block with "Gallery is Empty". So I'm not sure what that is supposed to be. The rest looks good.

One other item is that the logo seems to run off the left side of the page.

I think you've still got it as we used to have it (a Gallery - Journal (old)). You'll need to create a Page and customize it appropriately. Lots of details in these threads:

Thanks for the input, I always know I can count on a quick response here.

WiscoFrank the logo was intentional, I like the transparent bar on the left but I need the logo larger and I liked the way it looked hanging off, I did move it to hang off the right though.

aschendel, youa re correct it's the old Galleyr-Journal page, I guess I assumed it would transfer over correctly but it didn't.

A few of other things I'm struggling with:

    1) For some reason I can't get my navicon to load. This is the image I used to use http://www.digi-scapes.com/photos/i-5w7PZtQ/1/Ti/i-5w7PZtQ-Ti.png.

    2) Does anyone know how to move the transparent bar farther to the right? I'd like about a 1/2 to 1 inch margin from the left edge of the page

    3) Can anyone tell me why my background photo is not as sharp as the original image? I shoot a Nikon D800 and have the full size images uploaded to my site but for some reason all the images I've tried as the background look like they have been scaled up, when in fact (depending on monitor size) they would be scaled down.

I appreciate any and all help

Ok .. disclaimer, This is a guess. I went and looked and it appears you have visitors set to see Large as the largest displayed size. I am guessing that the homepage uses whatever you have set as the visitor display size regardless of the Original image size. Then it does scale to fit.

That's a good guess, I had thought of that too and so I double checked and the background photo is set to original, not large. The quest goes on :)

OK sorry. I went to your Landscape directory and looked at it and saw Large. You must be retrieving it from another directory at Original size.

It does pull from that gallery but when you go into edit theme/background I've selected original for the size. I'm not sure if that overrides the gallery settings or not.
