Try this CSS:

.sm-tile-locked .sm-tile-placeholder-icon:after {
    content:'' !important;
}
.sm-tile-locked .sm-tile-content-empty {
    background-image: url(https://www.google.com/images/srpr/logo4w.png);
    background-position:50% 50%;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

It replaces the lock icon with Google's logo. You just need to change that URL to point to your own lock image.
