I am still noticing 2 issues with new smugmug styles that I am testing out:
1 - When making a new homepage, I thought that I could create a hidden gallery, throw in an image, and use it - at it's original size so it would be the most visually appealing on the homepage, otherwise compression kills it. However, being a hidden folder, it means it doesn't show up when anyone else looks at it. If I try to password protect the image, same issue.
Is it possible to allow a hidden folder to have it's contents used as simple images on a homepage? I don't want a live folder with full size images being available that people can steal them with a print screen button. Am I missing a trick here, or do people have a similar issue?
2 - When I want to share a photo, I use "share" then "Get a Link". No matter what new kind of customised layout I use, when I click on "Get a Link", smugmug reverts to the old, legacy style of smugmug, graphics, layout, colours etc. Is there is any provision for this to be remedied? I just doesn't look right.
