Size of Link Boxes

I noticed on a smaller monitor, when I have several sublinks scrolling down from a vertical nav bar that many of them fall below the bottom of the screen. There is a lot of wasted space above and below the text for each box which makes the whole sublink drop down longer. Can we implement an option to adjust the height of each of those boxes to try and fit more on the screen?
