CSS on Gallery Affects Sidebar Menu?

I've placed a CSS placeholder on my Investment page in order to get the bullets to show up in the different lists. However, the Nav Menu in the right sidebar also now has bullets only while on this page. I assumed the menu would only be affected if I applied that to "Entire Site". How can I remove the bullets from the menu items?

Well, it was staring me right in the face. I figured out I could simply apply the code on the CSS tab next to the HTML tab on the page. I didn't need the separate placeholder on the page at all.
