Adjusting size of nav area?

Is there a way to adjust the size of the nav bar (specifically the one on the left side of my site) to make it smaller? Currently, it doesn't seem to be showing all the options I want shown.

    Yes, when editing the Entire Site, hover over your nav area, it will turn red and look for the triangle icon, it is called Dimensions. You can edit it there.
