EU cookie message

The banner about cookies that pops up when you 'first' visit a smugmug site from the EU has no close button. Every other site I have seen has this with a close button to dismiss the message.

    once the site is visited , the cookie is present and the message wont show anymore

    indeed , most sites have an X to close the message
    some sites include a message , like "i agree , go to site" , but thats not necessary
    the SM-message has a link in it ; What & Why , but its not visible because of a wrong color ( dark text on dark bar )
