Recent Photos - Visitor view

I have an unveiled, Pro account. My entire site is password protected.

On my Home page I dropped a 'Multiple Photos' content block and selected 'Recent Photos'.
When I'm logged in viewing as Admin this works fine. If I log out and view the site as visitor or use 'Visitor View', then the Recent Photos block contains a random selection of photos, some added years ago. ???

None of my photos are password-protected and only one gallery is private, my Smugmug support files.

What am I missing?

This is how Recent Photos looks to me when logged in as Admin. These photos were all added earlier today. This is how Recent Photos should look.



But this is how it looks below when I log out of new SM and log back as a visitor (or if I toggle 'Visitor View' ON in the content block). The photos below are a totally random selection and some photos were added years ago.



What am I doing wrong?
