Looking good at other screen resolutions?

Not sure if this forum's the place to share this, but I thought I'd drop in a link to https://quirktools.com/screenfly/, a useful online tool that I've been using to check how my new SM site's layout looks on other screens. There are a few online tools that do a similar thing but this one allows 90-degree rotation to see how tablets and smartphones see things in landscape and in portrait.
I've found it useful for finding out which screen elements wrap/centre/resize, and which don't. It appears that some elements wrap/centre/rescale on tablets and smartphones but not on laptop/PC screens. The results have led me to the conclusion that for some elements we'd be better having width sizing by percentage rather than by pixels.
