Request for slideshow option NOT fullscreen

I've been searching through all the slideshow request threads and I seem to be the only person who would like to be able to view my photos in a slideshow that is contained within my browser window and NOT fullscreen.
Is there any kind of customization or hack that one of the css/html wizards here could create that would allow the slideshow option to remain within the confines of the browser window?
