Cannot install Smugmug in LR5

I could not upload new photos to smugmug, I got an "internal error:packed" message. I tried to update and synch and Smugmug disappeared. Cannot click and install, I got a zip file that won't unzip (!) I am lost, totally. Dell and Smugmug don't seem to have any ideas. I might have to leave Smugmug.

If anyone has a clue I would greatly appreciate it.

    Have you gotten the very latest Lightroom plug in?

    Yes, I do. I can click the defunct Smugmug button in publish and Adobe downloads it but it won't unzip or install in lightroom. at first I thought I just had to click it and all the little files showed, but Dell said I had to click unzip.exe, but it won't unzip or run.

    its not an .exe , its a .zip

    just open it and drag the folder SmugMug.lrplugin into : C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules
    then in LR plugin manager select the SmugMug.lrplugin folder

    if the file is damaged , redownload
