Can't close lightbox on mobile

I'm using the Smokey theme and have noticed I can't exactly close the lightbox while on mobile in the latest version of Chrome. What happens is it leaves the lightbox up after you click the 'X'. It doesn't look like it has closed, but if you scroll, it lets you.
Pretty sure it's tied to Chrome as Firefox works fine.
Tested on a N4.
