Video Upload. 7.5MB How Long is Processing?

I've been trying to upload a 7.5mb video from ProShow (Trial) and it's taking well over an hour.
I tested a few yesterday and they seemed to load much much quicker.
Is there an issue. Just seems ridiculously long processing time for a short video.
I am new and still in trial so sorry if this seems a stupid question.
