Video Processing Bug? Or Just Me?

I'm still in trial. Uploaded a test video yesterday worked fine.

Added refreshed video and processing today is just not going anywhere.

Leave this with you. Not getting any replies via snail mail hero support.

Any help from anywhere would be appreciated. Pulling hair out for 5 hours.

Can you please link me to a gallery that isn't processing the videos?

It has just shown now. Not sure if a Hero has fixed it, or if it's just a waiting game or if I need to work on my patience. If it happens again I'll raise my hand.
