It does look almost like a party hat on the girl toward the center of the photo in the white bathing suit holding onto a younger boy. Now that I've seen it, I can't not see it.

BTW - I see the anomaly, but would not have interpreted it as a hat - until the idea is introduced... it's a fascinating aspect of human perception, and so, makes imaging that much more dynamic.
