Eeek, someone please help! I generated a link two weeks ago, before i migrated, so that my client could download all photos in her gallery. then i migrated. now i need to regenerate that download link because i have since added photos. however, the ONLY download option i see is in the 'organize' side and it keeps giving me the old link- there is no way to get a new link and my client needs her photos asap! can anyone help?
Thanks,

No way to regenerate download gallery link
OK I feel bad, I just realized this is probably a bug and I posted this elsewhere on the site, but there seems to be no way to regenerate a download gallery link if you have generated it in the past two weeks. I need to regenerate the link because I have since added photos and my client needs them, like, yesterday. But there is NO OPTION to do this. Or is there? Please help!
    Thanks,

I'd recommend contacting the help desk. They can remove the old download link so you are able to generate a new one.

Thanks- I did that last night, but still haven't heard from anyone. I thought I could also maybe duplicate the gallery- copy all photos and move to another gallery and generate that link, but I can't figure out how to do that either? Any ideas?
    Thanks,

Update- OK I still think the issue needs to be resolved about regenerating links, but for now, I just created a new gallery and made it 'smart' and had it pull in all the photos from the original gallery that i needed an updated link for. And then I just created a download link for this new gallery. Ugh, that is not an efficient workaround though. Hope this will be resolved soon!
    Thanks,
