Is there a URL for the new contact form?

I've switched to the new SmugMug layout and i'm pretty happy with it. I now need to update my blog template to match. My blog template has my top level SmugMug menu navigation duplicated, all except for the contact form, as it appears in a lightbox, and not on it's own page.

Is there an explicit URL I can call from an external web site (e.g.: my blog) that will load my site and trigger the contact form to be raised?
