How Do You Remove Collected Photos

I discovered the hard way that, unlike the old site, if you delete a collected photo from a gallery it will also delete the original. I read the help page and it says to use the wrench tool, and select "remove."

I don't see a "remove" command.

I found the remove when using the wrench tool on the photo in the gallery, not in the organizer.

Thanks. That makes no sense... and not being able to do collecting/removing in batch using organizer is a real wonky way of doing things.
