Can't delete a gallery.

Can anyone help me? I have a case to smugmug support on this, but twice now they've said "Is it this gallery?" even though I was pretty specific as to the problem.
http://drgnfyre.smugmug.com
there's a gallery called "Toys - Misc23"
I'm unable to open it, or delete it.
If I go to organize site, I can select it, but then when i say 'settings' it just never does anything. If I click the top level of the site, then I can select it on the right side, but when I go to delete it, i get an error.
I have deleted everything else in my gallery - in an attempt to make it easy to find the one gallery I'd like deleted, but haven't heard anything back yet.
The full url if I click on the damaged gallery is..
http://drgnfyre.smugmug.com/Z123/Toys---Misc23
(which would indicate that I had a folder named Z123 at some time)
I did all this damage from lightroom, with the smugmug plugin. Not entirely sure what happened.
If I get to a point where I can try and delete the gallery, I get the following..
Thoughts / suggestions?
I'm new to smugmug and am trying out their service. So far, I like the site and am just mainly thinking of using it as my online digital photo album. But I'm a little concerned that their support twice now hasn't been able to find this folder.

{ "Response": { "Uri": "/api/v2/album/x4KrVg?_filteruri=z&_quiet=1", "UriDescription": "Endpoint returning Album resources.", "EndpointType": "Album" }, "Code": 404, "Message": "Not Found" }I also tried completely resetting the site by choosing an entirely different site design, but the damaged gallery still exists.
