Photo Click Behavior Needs A Change

When I click on a photo & it enlarges to lightroom view… I then have to find the X to close it & return to normal view. I don't know about you'll but wouldn't it make much more sense to be able to simply click the photo again & have it return to normal viewing style rather than having to search for the X? If there's currently a place to vote for this please let me know. Otherwise I'd be happy to begin the request.

Especially on photos with dark background the X in the upper right corner might be difficult to find.
I also would suggest that any mouse-click should return the visitor to the gallery view, just in case the user want to right-click and select "back" what is common practice on some browsers.

Unfortunately, at this time you can not click to close. However, I just created an option for you that you may be interested in using: http://www.smugocity.com/CSS/Lightbox/Lightbox-Exit-Button
Might say put in "entire site" CSS.

What we really need is a way to apply something to a folder/category and have it flow down.
Like adding a different banner/logo then the site wide one. On the legacy site peeps would
use a different banner for every category.

needed for any video in the lightbox because clicking the video did not close it.

There seems to be a large amount of "Workarounds" for stuff that worked in SM 1.0 but don't on SM 2.0... Two weeks after the unveil the issues keep getting bigger...

The code works, but the 'X' is still there before the EXIT. The problem is you can actually type X to get back to the gallery (even without this fix) but it doesn't work from light box full screen mode (it does nothing). It makes it rather confusing. http://www.macromeister.co.uk/Images/Kitchen/i-6phzCSz/A
Had to put code in all galleries. It didn't work in all site.
To me, the point of these customizations is to make it easier for the visitor to know how to get out of the LightBox. But I haven't seen anyone mention the obvious: fadeout. Is there a way to keep the X/Close button persistent (not becoming invisible at cursor inactivity)?
