Well I just tried mine and it worked fine. Not published so you can't see it I'm afraid. One thing I did notice - when you go to your facebook page it's just the main URL for facebook. I had to click on my facebook name in the menu bar at the top to get the url to change to https:// www.facebook.com/rob.ashcroft.7771 rather than https:// www.facebook.com
What did you put in the URL? YOU will go to your homepage with just the FB URL, but other people won't!

And that is exactly what I get when I click the FB icon on your site! What's the problem?

One solution I saw on someone's site was to drop the FB icon, and just have a FB link on the menu. This does work, but having the FB icon itself could be nice.
Easy:
1. go to customize
2. click right on "entire site"
3. select your "social icons" block
4. click on "options"
5. select "display"
6. at the bottom, select YES for "Open Links In New Tab"
7. hit DONE
And voilà!
