Don't blank out gallery name on hover

Why does the gallery name disappear when I hover over the gallery thumbnail? It makes it difficult to make sure I am selecting the correct gallery.

That's a setting in the display options for that block, click the wrench icon to adjust it. Change "Info Hover" from "Hide" to "Off".
